Work and Learn

As I started designing the website, I brought back the memories when I was a confused customer trying to collect information from the site so I can make decision to book myself in. A few things that I learned:

1. Mark down the issues/roadblocks on your first try on the existing site. If you run into these issues, other customers may also do.

2. Prioritize the service and business goals before visual design.

3. Information architecture comes after the business goals. The logic behind each tab is important.

4. Luxurious brand pair with luxurious visual identity.
