This project aims to give the brand an elevated digital makeover for its online presence and improve the business.
I initiated the project and designed the end-to-end web experience, reorganized the information architecture and created new digital assets to ensure the brand standard is consistent from the website to the spa venue.
/ CONTEXT
A confused new customer
In early 2023, I was a first-time customer who experienced various usability difficulties on the Vetta website while learning about their service. From parking, to clean towel supply and booking system, I found it very challenging to get educated before committing the trip, but I did it anyways. The spa experience was wonderful!
I wondered, how can we improve the website and help more people get to experience the authentic Nordic spa?
