DueBox is a cloud-based B2B SaaS software with integrated solutions to empower the A&D’s (architects and designers) workflows. Creative people who work in high-stress environments and manage millions of details need this powerful tool to release more time and efficiency for their big ideas to change the world.
Combined my own experience working in the interior design industry with research with my fellow designers and architects, I delivered the 2.0 version of DueBox. Self-initiated and led the end-to-end design process from ideation to final user testing, and everything in between.
/ CONTEXT
Streamlining the A&D workflow overdue
From drafting papers with pencils to VR visualization devices and everything in between, interior designers and architects have been hustling and struggling with way too many tools for way too long - different software, Excel sheets, endless revision logs, etc.
It is a huge overdue to get the creative souls out of the dark with a more integrated tool that is customized to meet their needs, to streamline the workflows, and to free up more time and efficiency for them to make the world a better place.

Train your own AI assistant
The DueBox AI allows the user to cultivate a personal assistant lives in the DueBox dashboard. It will learn about the user behaviour, and help users speed up the workflow by listing the most used commands, and users can also type in what they need the AI to do for them instead of going through the whole dashboard themselves.

Old habits die hard
Interior designers and architects have lived with paper since we first invented the occupation of “architect” in human history. We love working with paper, but it’s getting inconvenient and insufficient to collaborate.
By incorporating the digital notepad into this tool, we can help A&Ds cultivate the habit of collaborating digitally.

I received 97% positive feedback and high anticipation while working with fellow designers/architects to craft the product. 3% for me to grow.
Project Takeaways
This opportunity allows me to explore the A&D workflows from an "outsider" point of view with "insider" experience to collaborate with fellow A&Ds. It was exciting to see how passionate they are when sharing feedback to improve this product.
